His well-rounded background across multiple disciplines and his proven track record of optimizing asset performance and supporting strategic decision-making gives him a unique and comprehensive perspective on real estate investment and operations.Most recently, William was a member of the Asset Management team at First National Realty Partners, where he oversaw the financial performance of a $500 million portfolio comprising 17 properties and 3.5 million square feet across seven markets. In this role, he developed complex financial models, conducted acquisition and disposition analyses, managed annual budgeting processes, and delivered performance reporting to stakeholders supporting over 2,000 private investors.
