Jake Malman

The creation of Malman Real Estate was a natural progression for Jake, who previously was a broker associate at NAI Shames Makovsky from 2016-2022. During his time at NAI Shames Makovsky, he brokered many high-profile transactions and was involved in over 5 million square feet of transactions.
In his role as Managing Broker and founder of Malman Real Estate, Jake will leverage his relationships and transacting experience, providing a high-quality experience for his clients. Malman Real Estate is seeking buyer, seller, tenant and landlord representation opportunities – in all asset types and transaction values. The firm’s focus is on investment sales opportunities through buyer/seller representation and can provide excellent service to their clients throughout the process.
Jake is a Colorado native and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from University of Colorado.
Dan Prevedel
Broker Associate
Dan joined Malman Real Estate in August 2022 with a focus on lease negotiations and acquisitions/dispositions in all asset types and classes. Prior to joining Malman RE, Dan began his career in tenant representation for TB Advisors, assisting clients with identifying and aligning their strategic business, financial and operational objectives with their real estate requirements. He has quickly developed a trustworthy reputation with his clients through his knowledge base and accountability.
Dan is a Colorado native and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Whittier College.
Taylor Roy
Broker Associate
Taylor joined Malman Real Estate in October 2022. With his previous experience in the residential market, Taylor brings to the firm a strong understanding of the Denver market, detailed and organized transactional skills, and the ability to meet and exceed his client’s requirements. With a focus on investment sales, Taylor provides buyers and sellers with exceptional brokerage services for on and off-market opportunities.
Taylor moved to Colorado in 2009 and holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado.
Shane Robson
Broker Associate
Originally from Anchorage, AK, Shane earned a BS in Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and completed MBA coursework at Indiana University at Bloomington and University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Masters coursework in Real Estate at Georgetown University. He has worked as a B2B Technical Sales Engineer, where he was a top producer, focused on O&G, and as a Residential Broker, focused on high density student housing near the University of Texas campus, where he discovered his passion for opportunistic investment in real estate.
He moved to Denver in 2012 from Austin, TX to reunite with his outdoor roots from Alaska. He brings over 13 years of real estate brokerage experience and a proven track record of being highly detailed with strong investment analytical skills, including high level investment modeling using Excel and Argus. Shane focuses on industrial, retail and office sectors.
Raechel Kimbriel
Broker Associate
Raechel joined Malman Real Estate in June 2024. Prior to joining Malman RE, Raechel worked in the financial services industry at elite global firms assisting clients with their objectives. Raechel’s finance background has propelled her career in real estate as she has a deep understanding of property financials. She has quickly developed a strong reputation with her clients through her passion for real estate and dedication to assisting her clients.
Raechel moved from Florida to Denver in 2018 and holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from University of South Florida.
Jeff Geman
Broker Associate
Jeff joined Malman Real Estate in October of 2024 focusing on the industrial, retail, office and land sectors of the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Malman RE, Jeff spent 11 years in the supply chain management industry, where he developed exceptional client and customer relationships that will translate well into his new role. Jeff’s passion for real estate comes from a rich family history in the franchising business, where he has been instrumental in growing small brands into large scale corporations.
Jeff is a proud Colorado native who holds a Business Management degree from the University of Colorado.
Michael Kraus
Broker Associate
Michael joined Malman Real Estate in January 2025. He is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in complex high-value sales, having successfully navigated diverse industries and built strong relationships with clients. The ability to understand client needs, negotiate high-stakes deals, and manage intricate sales processes serves as a solid foundation for Michael in his role as a broker, where he will be working on all asset types of real estate.
Michael graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication.
Nick Yockey
Broker Associate
Nick joined Malman Real Estate in February of 2025. Prior to joining, Nick worked as a commercial real estate broker with Zeppelin Development for three years and Resolute Investments for six years. With experience in the Colorado market since 2016, Nick is highly knowledgeable in the industrial, office, retail and specialty asset types in all aspects, including Landlord, Tenant, Buyer and Seller representation. Nick brings a relationship driven focus on providing the best possible service to all of his clients.
Nick holds a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology from McDaniel College in Maryland, where he was a four year member of the NCAA basketball team.
